Where and when is DDAC 2024?
DDAC 2024 will be held September 9 through 11, 2024 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida.

What is DDAC Training Day?
Training Day provides the opportunity for attendees to grow their skillset and learn from data and science experts through courses on various topics. DDAC Training Day will be held Monday, September 9 before the conference starts. Training Day courses are available as an add-on to the DDAC experience. Registration for the conference is required in order to add a course to your DDAC experience.
New this year, courses will be offered in the morning and in the afternoon. Attendees may register for up to one course in the morning and up to one course in the afternoon. Please visit the Training Day page for more information on available courses, course times, and pricing.

How do I register for DDAC Training Day?
Optional add-on Disney courses are available for an additional fee as part of DDAC Training Day. Registration for the conference is required in order to add a course to your DDAC experience. Additional details about these courses can be found on our Training Day page.

Is there a deadline to register?
Registration will remain open until the conference reaches capacity. You may register up to the days of the conference online or by visiting the registration desk at the event (if available).

What is the payment policy?
Payment is due upon registration via credit card.

What methods can I use to pay?
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Payments must be submitted in U.S. Dollars.

Are there special group rates or discounts available?

May I bring a guest?
Conference registration only provides admittance to the registered individual. Any guests will need to purchase their own registration.

How do I request a copy of my receipt?
Upon registering, a confirmation will be emailed to you with your payment information. Copies of receipts can be requested by calling 407-827-7600 or emailing Disney Events.

When someone registers for the conference, how will the payment show up on their credit card statement?
If you charged your registration to a credit card, the charge will appear on your statement as “Disney Events.”

What is the conference agenda?
The 2024 Conference Agenda will be published here and on the website when it's available.

Are there speaking opportunities at the event?
We do not accept speaker submissions. The content for the event consists of Disney speakers, sponsors and invited speakers that are sourced by the Disney content team.
Lodging & Travel

How do I make my hotel reservations?
Reservations can be booked through a URL provided with your registration information. To update or change that registration information, please contact Disney Events.

Is there a deposit required to hold my hotel room?
Credit Card guarantee is recommended in case of late arrival (after 6:00PM). Note: Your credit card will not be charged until you check in.

Are there discounted hotel rates available?
DDAC attendees will qualify for special hotel reservation rates during the conference. Resort reservations can be made during the registration process for DDAC. Once you register to attend, a link to book resort room accommodations will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note, only Disney’s Coronado Springs is currently available for this discounted rate and rooms are limited.

Are there special hotel rates for government attendees?
Not at this time.

Which airport should I use?
The closest airport to the conference is the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

How do I get from the airport to the conference?
Various transportation options are available at the airport (taxis, ride share, rental cars, etc.).

Where do I park at the event?
Parking is complimentary to Coronado Springs Resort Guests who are staying onsite.
If you are staying offsite and driving your own vehicle to the convention center, parking is available at the convention center.
Please note: Guests who are not staying Coronado Springs must provide their own transportation to and from the conference whether staying outside of the Walt Disney World Resort or even at another Disney hotel. The Walt Disney World Resort transportation system will not provide the ability to travel directly to and from the host hotel and may not arrive in time for the conference each day. Most areas throughout Walt Disney World, including Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, Resort hotels and the Disney Springs Area, are accessible by bus. Some bus routes may require transfer from one bus to another, as there is no direct bus service from Resort hotel to Resort hotel. When choosing to stay at any location other than the host hotel, please allow ample travel time to ensure on-time arrival.
Cancellations & Substitutions

What is the cancellation policy?
If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can cancel your registration for the Conference by sending an email to events@disneydestinations.com. You will receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the Conference start date. For cancellations received 30 days prior to the Conference start date or less or for no shows, there is no refund. Registration can be transferred to another individual. Please contact our Registration Team at 407-827-7600 or emailing Disney Events for assistance.

What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
Terms and conditions are specific to the package booked and if you have any add-ons. Prior to payment, the cancellation terms will be displayed before you submit your deposit.

Can I change my registration?

Are attendee substitutions allowed? If so, how do I do this?

Walt Disney World Resort Information

Are there reduced Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket prices available?
Yes, upon completed registration, details will be emailed to you.
Theme park reservations are required to enter a theme park with Convention tickets. Please make sure to use the Disney Park Pass reservation system to ensure you have your park reservation booked ahead of time.

Do I need a park reservation to visit one of the theme parks during my stay (outside of DDAC)?
Theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets. For other admission types, including Convention tickets, theme park reservations may be required.
Please check Theme Park Reservation Requirements and Availability to see if you need to make a theme park reservation based on your admission type and the date of your visit.
Note: Park reservations are NOT required for any in-park experience that may be hosted by the DDAC team.

What is the weather like in Orlando in September?
The average temperature outside is in the high 80s, and conference rooms can be cool. Dressing in light layers can help you be comfortable both inside and outside.

Volunteer opportunities are not available as the conference is hosted by Disney Cast Members and Employees.

Portions of the event may be filmed and photographed.

Disney does not share recorded sessions from previous conferences.

You will receive a badge when you check into the conference, and you will be required to show it for entry into each session/event.

Is there a dress code for DDAC?
There is no specific dress code for the conference, but the majority of attendees wear business casual clothing (jeans are fine).
